James has proudly owned Oxford Automotive since January 1, 2000, when his father, Richard Church, retired from the auto service business he began in 1979. What started as a small 3-bay shop with James as the only mechanic has grown under his leadership into four thriving locations with over 50 employees—and still growing! His driving passion is to honor Christ in his business by creating an amazing work environment for his staff, believing, “If I love on my team, they will in turn love on our customers.”

James and his wife, Rachel, have raised nine children through birth and adoption, and family remains at the heart of all he does. In his free time, James enjoys ATV riding trips with his young sons and spending time outdoors. He and his family live in Delaware, Ohio, where faith, family, and community remain the foundation of his life and business.
